Planning your wedding starts many months before the big day, and that’s why I’m here to provide guidance and support right from the start.
You are busy, you haven’t done this before, and there’s a lot to do. I’ve got you!
Here’s what you can expect from me:
Initial consultation (approximately 1 hour)
Pre-wedding assistance in planning support (vendor selection, site setup details, visioning, reviewing vendor contracts)
Unlimited email communications and check-ins
One venue visit and site visioning walk-through (usually 1.5-2 hours)
Ceremony rehearsal (approximately 1 hour) and sound check with DJ (day of ceremony)
12 hours of on-site coordination day of the wedding
Assist with setup and take-down of decor and rental setup
Communicate with and support your vendor team
Organize and direct people and setup of things
Keep spirits high and stress levels low
Be engaged and aware of the flow and energy of the party, attending to all the activities and the timeline for the day, managing any pivots and changes that need to be made during the course of the day

Emcee - From getting your ceremony started to closing down the party and sending you off, I can take care of all announcements and transitions (grand entrance, toasts, cake cutting, formal dances, etc). $300
Full Service Florals - Bountiful and beautiful seasonal flowers, ornamental greens, and grasses to decorate your ceremony and celebrations. Everything from arbors and installations to centerpieces and bud vases, let Dragonheart bring the beauty! Custom pricing - inquire for a quote. Usually starts around $1000.
DIY Flowers - Create your own floral experience - get your friends and family in on the fun! Custom bulk flowers and DIY creation instructions for one of a kind experiences. From bud vases to bridal bouquets and everything in between DIY florals are a fantastic addition to any gathering. Custom pricing - inquire for a quote. Starts at $500.
Rentals - Cedar arbors, bud vases, votive candle holders and candles, and table decor. Let’s get creative together! Custom pricing - inquire for a quote.
